LIGHTHERM-Plaster was applied as a thermal insulation mortar to replace conventional insulation wall system


External Wall Application
As LIGHTHERM-Plaster is applied on a vertical surface, it is prepacked with a blends of chemicals, cement , filler and LIGHTHERM-Aggregate.


Application Details
It bonds well to most masonry substrate. This allow it to be applied at most jointing area, reduce the risk of thermal bridging. The LIGHTHERM Aggregate is well encapsulated with the cementitious paste.
Industry Best Insulation Plaster
LIGHTHERM-Plaster achieve the best thermal performance among all screeding product in the Singapore construction industry. It’s low thermal conductivity of merely 0.0623 w/mk allows it to eliminate condensation risk for moisture sensitive projects.

APPLICATION @ LEGO FACTORY
LIGHTHERM-Plaster sprayed on external wall and internal wall of LEGO Factory in Vietnam as an anticondensation plaster.

Slab Soffit Application
LIGHTHERM-Plaster can also be sprayed under-slab. This is particular useful for project whereby accessing the upper side of the slab is not possible.
