LIGHTHERM-Drymix250
Loaded on a 40ft lorry to be sent to project site in Singapore

Inside LIGHTHERM Drymix per bag consist of a blend of LIGHTHERM Aggregrate, Cement and Sand.

This allow LIGHTHERM Drymix to be prepared in a wide range of density, ranges from 250kg/m³ with limited strength of 1 Mpa, to 1800kg/m³ of 30 Mpa.

LIGHTHERM- Drymix250
Usually used for it’s lightweight or it’s insulation capability
SINGAPORE PROJECT, STATECOURT
Architect specified our product due to it’s lightweight feature. It is merely just 10% of conventional concrete weight.

3000m³ of Lightweight Concrete
Used on site at a thickness of 100mm to 300mm

SINGAPORE PROJECT 2 : BIORAD LABORATORY
Objective: Thermal Insulation and Anti-Condensation

Application
50mm thick of LIGHTHERM DRYMIX 250kg/m³ was applied onto the slab to act as thermal screed to prevent condensation at soffit level below.

Application
50mm thick of LIGHTHERM DRYMIX 250kg/m³ was applied onto the slab to act as thermal screed to prevent condensation at soffit level below.
Thermal Calculation
Simulation was done to ensure no condensation issue and it achieved a U-Value of 0.96. LIGHTHERM 250 has a low thermal conductivity of 0.067W/MK which contributes in insulating the current level.
