vPANEL ALC Panel (Standard Panel) for Singapore
Comes in standard length of 3 metre, 4 metre and 6 length.
- Our ALC panels are manufactured at our 5 acre factory in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia and delivered to Singapore within 2 days.
- Using our advance formulation, panel is naturally dried cured for 7 days before sending to site.
ALC Panel Installation Option
OPTION 1
Horizontal Installation
Benefit of horizontal installation is:
- Lower risk of hairline crack between panel joint
- Lower risk of water seepage related problem
- Close to zero wastage as left over panel length can be used up especially at soffit slab connection
OPTION 2
Vertical Installation
Benefit of vertical ALC Panel installation is:
- Less cutting panel works on site
- In some cases, might be easier to install as do not need hoisting of panel.
